The first three months consist of the lecture phase and the other three will be outreach to Isreal, North African and India! amazing Right!?!?!?!?! I know.

Hope City Global - Youth With A Mission — Youth With A Mission

October
I moved into my missionary house—there are 16 of us living in one place. Talk about personal space… (there isn’t any). But honestly, I love it. We have other missionaries from Asia here too, which makes it even more special!

November
We had our first DTS classes. The first one was all about saying “yes” to intimacy with Jesus—learning how to build a lifestyle of listening, journaling, and obeying Him. Talk about freedom and going deeper with Jesus and with people. God’s been working on my heart, helping me get more of me out of the way so He can fill my heart even more deeply.

John 3:30

'He must increase, but I must decrease. '

Week 2- Gospel week:

This week reminded me of my daily reminder that in the western world-especially in America- we have sadly complicated the Gospel of Christ.

This week was all about the power and simplicity of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The message of the cross becomes personal as we talk about repentance, grace, and the cost of following Jesus. It’s a week of brokenness and beauty. We return to the core message that fuels every mission.

Week 3- Freedom week:

The Lord's desire is to set people free! This freedom is a free grift that God wants to give us.

This week was full of healing and deliverance, confronting wombs, lies, and bondage that have hindered my/ our walk with God and with others. Through personal ministry, forgiveness, and vulnerability, I experienced a deeper level of freedom. What a turning point this was for me!

Week 4- Worship Week:

Worship is so much more than singing, dancing, running around and praising Jesus with mouth, it's about your lifestyle as well!  If your lifestyle doesn’t match your physically worship is it even real?

This week we took a deep dive into the depths of what it means to worship God in Spirit and in truth. We took a look at the Biblical patterns of worship from the Old Testament through the New Testament.

Week 5- Holy Spirit Week:

Holy spirit is the Spirit of God and is God. We need the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us in this world and to be transformed into the image of Christ. This week we are introduced to the person, power, and gifts of the Holy Spirit through teaching and activation. We learned to walk in bold faith and spiritual gifts. There’s room for mystery, power, and childlike trust. This was filled with both encounter and empowerment. We gained full understanding of “body ministry” or “team ministry”.

Week 6 - Surrender Week:

How can we say Jesus is Lord- He is our shepherd and He is all that we need yet we have not fully surrender everything?

"This week we confront the lordship issue: is Jesus truly Lord of everything?" As students we were challenged to surrender dreams (There were some dreams and goals I personally needed to lay at the feet of Jesus!) , relationships, fears, and ambitions. Obedience without conditions were highlighted in this week as well. The key point: "When Jesus becomes everything, anything becomes possible."

Week 7- Kingdom family:

When God created humanity, He had unity and family in mind. This is His original design.

This week highlights the importance of spiritual family and relationships in the Kingdom. We explored healthy conflict, communication, community dynamics, and covenant love. As Students we experienced belonging as transformation. "The Church isn’t optional, it’s home."

Highlight of the week: Freedom Week

House hang

This was a total culture shock to me. Some of the students brought snacks from their countries. One of them brought a purple syrup that tasted like grape soda or grape Kool-Aid—just very watered down!

The orange bag contained puffs called Bon Bons. They tasted like airy Butterfingers. As soon as you bite into one, it’s like you're breathing in peanut butter.

Seek God.

This week I went to the prayer room, which was so special! In this room amazing things happens; God moves and your heart transforms from being in his presence.

Isaiah 55:6

Seek the Lord while he may be found, call upon him while he is near.

Partner With Me

I am almost halfway to my goal of $4,200—I only need $1,869.91 more to raise by December 27th. In order for me to go abroad, I must meet this deadline! There are different ways you can give, whether through a one-time donation or monthly giving. Any amount helps!

If you’re unable to give financially, prayers lifted up to Jesus Christ are warmly welcomed!

Let me Pray For/ With You

I want to pray for you — if there’s anything you need prayer for, please send me your prayer request. I will be the only one with access to it, and I will pray and stand with you! I believe in the power of prayer, as it is our way of communicating with Jesus. It’s an honor to pray for you!

Thank you
