Hi there, and welcome aboard! This marks the beginning of an exciting journey. We've prepared a comprehensive onboarding experience to make sure you have everything you need to hit the ground running.
Your first few days will be all about getting settled, meeting your new colleagues, and learning about our mission and culture. Don't worry about memorizing everything at once — we're here to guide you every step of the way.
To get started, please make sure to complete your HR profile and IT setup checklist.
Your First 4 Days

Day 1: Get Connected
Today is all about getting your hardware sorted, logging into your accounts, and saying hello on Slack. Take it easy and get comfortable in your new environment.

Day 2: Meet & Greet
You'll have your first 1:1 with your manager, grab lunch with the team, and get a high-level overview of our current quarterly goals.

Day 3: Dive In
Time to get your hands dirty! You'll review your first starter project, shadow a team member, and learn about our core product architecture.

Day 4: Your First Task
Now that you're settled in, you'll start contributing to your first real task. Lean on your team, ask questions, and don't be afraid to experiment as you find your rhythm.
