We set out this quarter with an ambitious goal: to prove that sustainable growth doesn't mean sacrificing our speed or our culture. Looking at where we stand today, I can confidently say we haven't just met that expectation—we've redefined it.
The past 90 days challenged us in new ways. We navigated unexpected market shifts, launched our most complex feature set to date, and welcomed 45 new faces to the team across three time zones. Through it all, the resilience and cross-functional collaboration I witnessed was nothing short of remarkable.
As we head into Q4, our priority shifts from expansion to execution. We have the right people on the bus and the roadmap is clear. Now, it's about delivering on the promises we've made to our customers and to each other.

Project Horizon Goes Live
After 8 months of intense engineering and design sprints, the Horizon architecture overhaul was successfully deployed to all enterprise clusters. This unlocks our ability to scale processing by 10x without proportional infrastructure costs.
EMEA Expansion Officially Begins
We've officially signed the lease for our new London hub. A massive congratulations to the operations team for executing this flawlessly. Our first cohort of 12 UK-based employees begins onboarding next month.
Voted 'Top Workplace 2023'
Thanks to your anonymous feedback, we placed in the Top 50 tech employers nationally. Our flexible work policies and learning stipends were highlighted as key differentiators in the final report.
